Account and purchases

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name. We store these with purchase records to provide your library. We use an essential, HTTP-only session cookie. Google handles your password; Ohayo does not receive it.

Payments

Waffo Pancake handles payment processing as Merchant of Record. Ohayo receives order identifiers, payment status, and transaction details needed to provide your download. Card numbers are entered on Waffo’s checkout, not on Ohayo.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only if you allow analytics. Events may include page visits, checkout initiation, confirmed purchases, and downloads. We do not send your name, email address, or Google account identifier to Analytics. You can change your preference using Cookie settings in the footer. Google and Cloudflare may process information outside your country.

Storage and retention

Cloudflare hosts the site, account database, and private product files. Sessions expire after 30 days. Purchase records are retained to provide downloads and support accounting obligations. Access logs may be generated by our hosting and payment providers.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact support@ohayo.si to request account deletion or ask about your data. Transaction records may need to be retained where required.
