A few clear terms.

What you are buying

Landing Page Audit v1.0.0 is a downloadable digital package of instructions, a Python script, examples, and templates. It is a one-time purchase of the listed version. An AI subscription, consulting service, guaranteed results, and future major versions are not included.

License

The purchaser may use and modify the skill across their personal and client projects and share reports generated with it. The original or modified package may not be resold, sublicensed, or publicly redistributed. Additional team members need their own license. You remain responsible for validating recommendations before applying them.

License violations and termination

If you materially breach these terms, including by reselling or redistributing the package without permission, Ohayo may suspend or terminate your license and future download access. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the breach and give you an opportunity to correct it before termination. If your license is terminated, you must stop using and distributing the package and remove copies you control. You may contact support to dispute an action. Termination does not limit applicable consumer rights or any refund rights required by law.

Checkout and delivery

Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are displayed by Waffo at checkout. Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record. Downloads become available after the backend receives a verified payment confirmation. Use the same Google account for future downloads.

Refunds

Request a refund within 14 days if the package cannot be downloaded, does not contain the advertised files, or its included script fails on a supported input and we cannot resolve the problem. Duplicate charges are eligible for a refund. Applicable consumer rights take precedence over these terms. Successful refunds revoke future download access. Requests can also be submitted through Waffo’s customer portal.

For product support or refund requests: support@ohayo.si.

Limitations

The skill provides an evidence-based review framework, not a security audit, legal review, accessibility certification, or a promise of higher sales. Review only pages and files you are authorized to inspect.
